does anyone know if the mugen style lip for the 94-97 accord is put over on top of the stock bottom lip (like how the ww lip for CL's go over the stock lip), or you have to take off the stock bottom lip first then bolt up the mugen lip to the top half (like the greddy lip for accords) ???

if you wanta mugen style i think ww makes a mugen one for the accord, with slight modification you can fit it to the CL

I think it goes over the bumper too. I don't like the Greddy lip. It's too boxy and I don't think it fits the lines of YOUR GUYS' CL's very well.

I'm thinking it goes under the bumper. If you scan a pic of it and show it to me i can tell you exactly where it goes. My uncle has a 95 accord. It comes in handy to take measurements off of.

you cant unbolt the stock lip....or "take it off"......you can cut it off..............

yeah u have to cut the lip off..i have to spend $300 for a body shop to make my mold smoother. they painted it good but i molded it shitty and uneven =/.
