mounting a tv and deck

do i use this kit to mount a in dash monitor and my deck?

were you able to still use the trim rings?..i was looking at a double din kit..and it looked like you wouldnt be able to cause of the size...

Could this kit be used so that it keeps the radio on top and the stock flip-door compartment on the bottom?
