what are the mod's neded to run a turbo on the 2.3 5-speed. mod's as i bolt on's i know that i will have the basic's i/h/e but what else any kind of fuel mangment or anything?

 

i dont know all the parts, but you need bigger fuel injectors, an oil cooler, an intercooler, a stage two clutch, ahh shit just ask niedjb

I think injectors are like $500 but no clue on the oil cooler.

 

just buy a complete turbo kit.

otherwise look around and research a little.

you can make DSM injectors work on our cars for less money than new ones, but that is way way down the road for you.

first get some fuel management, upgraded clutch and fly, vtec controller, ignition............ then look into getting a turbo.

p.s. headers have absolutely nothing to do with a turbo.

it comes with alot of the thing's that you are talking about exept got the oil cooler, and the rest clutch, flywheel, ect.

 

I have no oil cooler.

The only thing you "need" for the FMAX kit is the $3600 or so to buy it.

It comes with everything to run it. Some, like me, dont care for the fuel management.

I would save $300 or so and tune the kit once you get it. Dont waste it on mods for the turbo....I shouldnt have.
