Please can anyone in N.Y.C. recommend a mehanic thats trustworthy and reliable, not that my car is in trouble, its just that I am debating if I should continue my extended warranty? If I can find a good mehanic that works with CL'S than my mind will be made up. Thanks to anyone replying to this!!!

Is it worth extending my extended warranty? I had my car for over a year know and no major problems yet, Knock on wood, except for my radiator leaking which they replaced. I think it's a waste now being that I have 86K. The dealer can only offer one for 12/mo 12/mi for about $1250.00. I can drive this in about 3 or 4 months. Worth it or what????

Don't do it. Acuras are damn reliable comparing to most cars.

I think that you could fix your transmission with $1250 if something were to happen to it. Keep the money. That is the most expensive warranty I have ever heard of. My extended was $1700 for 5 years. Definitely keep the money.

My extended warranty was $1200 for 36 mos/36,000 miles!
