Me or a LS swapped bubble

this might be an annoying question for some of you, but w/e. this kid i work with has a 93 bubble Dx the heavier H/B (compared to the CX) with a LS swap. not a B18b, its a B18A. and he wants to race me. i just wanna know what you guys think b4 i race him.

BTW i have an intake and header.

I raced one at the P and he had me buy a car length but I didn't have headers and intake like you do. I also had him off the jump but you know how it is at the P, they aren't the best drivers, I beat a kid in an A4 1.8t supposedly chipped over there too.

2200 lb car with 130 hp and roughly 130 ft. lbs of torque will beat a CL no doubt. Unless the motor is weak and the dude sucks at driving.

On the other hand you have a much a nicer car.

Looking at mid - low 15's with an LS 5th gen hatch. I don't know what 3.0's run, but I'd imagine it would give the hatch a run for it's money.

I ran a 15.4 in my old '89 CRX Si w/ an LS motor. It weighs about the same as the 5th gen DX hatch. A healthy LS motor with a competant driver could probably pull off a slightly better time.

It was a B18A. I don't know how a CL responds to mods so you might beat him.

I went to the track a dozen times or so over the summer and saw several LS and B16 powered hatchbacks run mid 16's. Anything can happen. Only way to find out is to race him.
