Maintainence Question... ATF and air filter
Today, I had my local shop change the oil, the air filter, the PVC I had them flush and fill the tranny.
Although this may be my imagination, the RPMs seem a little higher when I'm on the highway.. I tested it out at 90 miles/h (140 km/h) and I'm hitting roughly about 3400 RPM. (at crusing speed) Can anyone tell me if this is normal for the 2.3?
I'm not sure what kind of air filter they used... they refilled the tranny with Dextron III fluid not the honda stuff.. Shifting seems smooth and I doubt this will make any difference..
I'm having second thoughts about taking my car to this place after the guy left an oil stain and fingerprints all over my hood I did save a few bucks but nothing beats the dealer's royal treatment and wash for your ride.
Also, I should add that I drive in D4 9 times outta 10 except in traffic.. I usually have it in D3.
