Lower Strut Bar

Doesnt anybody have lower strut on their car? Is the 2.2/2.3 the same as the 3.0? Would the 94-97 accord lower strut bar fit our my 3.0CL?

If ya have picture it be even better.

you talkin about the rear lower tie bar? If so, then yes it will fit. But i'm not sure of the front lower tie bar though. ONLy cusco makes the front lower tie bar for a 94-97 accord.

yea it would fit, I bought one off ebay and it fit on there with no problem. I wanna get the cusco front lower tie bar but scared it might not fit. Plus i would have to wait 4 weeks for them since they have to be special ordered.

hey i bought a lower tie bar also but havent put it in yet. there are only 2 bolts in the rear.... however, they seem to be connected to the axles or whatever. do you have to take out that piece connecting the 2 bolts or just put the bar on top of it? thanks.

all I did was jack up the car and put it on jack stands. Then just unbolted those two bolts and put the bar on. YOu don't remove anything.

How cheap are the strut bars? I looked on ebay and those generic one's that have are less than $25. Are they really that cheap? How much are the Cusco strut bars?

cusco is most likely made out of better stronger materials, most likely around 100$ or so.

I just became single again....thats why i'm souping up my car again bitch was holding my back...some of ya know what i'm talking about.

I'm buying my strut bar for looks...well kinda. Since I have Tein's, I had to lose the stock strut bar. I can't even tell if there was a handling difference with the stock bar but something just doesn't look right without the strut bar there.

Dont put on front strut bar unless you like FWD gay understeer...

in fact if you lower your car and race it, take off front swaybar and tighten the rear with a larger rear swaybar and you will be happier

I beg to differ, removing the front sway bar makes the car handle like ass. You still need both you just need to balance them out properly. Removing the front bar from my experience actuallly created more understeer cause the front end becomes super sloppy.

front strut bars do a great job at helping turn in w/ FWD cars.

NO, you can't see the bar from behind. Only your GF could see it when she's down on her knees..
