These pics were taken back in March. Since then, the car was completely sanded and repainted using the original black color with 3 layers of Nissan White Pearl on top. Thought it would come out different but it turned out to be the graphite color on the new Accords... Will have new pics soon...

ya i kinda got screwed on the whole getting car painted thing to. i miked the colors my self cuz i thought my idea would come out better and now my car looks like the ugly stock green..bah!!

Its got HIGH milage and I use the car for work too. When I got it back in Febuary with 110000 and now it has 115000. The best part is that the guy that had it before me used it for work too and they were all highway miles.

 

HA!! Im at 131,000 right now. (Bought it with 70K)

But non the less, the car looks good! (BTW: how much did the complete paint job cost ya? That on my "to do" list sometime in the future...except, i want to do a custom black/midnight blue combo with a few extra things.

 

HAHA Nice choice in Color. Actually i painted it with a friend. I bought all top of the line DuPont primer, paint and clear so it cost me around $1000 for the materials. Then about a 3 days to paint.

 

Yeah i originally bought it for my moms TL and the guy that i bought it from on EBay stated that it was for a NON Type-S. As it tured out, it was for a Type-S so i had to cut it down to fit hers. Then took it from hers to mine and cut it even more so its all straight. And i will add, it sounds nice when the VTec kicks in. Speaking of which, is it normal for it to kick in at around 3600??

 

car looks clean. lambo doors is a no-no.

u dont need 18''s, 17''s are nice, just make sure u drop it nicely.

Here are the pics of the paint as promised. You cant really see the pearl until you zoom in if you can. The car is dirty tho so that may also make it hard to see. But if you zoom in a bit you will see that there are purples, greens, oranges, and reds in the paint.

The apple on the back bumper is of some asshole hitting the car when i was in class with something sharp on the front of his car and then pulling away. It punctured the bumper and peeled the paint away. I will be going to a junk yard this saturday to buy a new bumper and will be painting it sometime either this month or spring next year.

 

nice fogs... i love the oem fogs.. oh and thats a nice creative CL emblem on the trunk..

Yeah when i took off the emblems when i painted the car, the 3.0 and the CL broke apart. When i was putting the car together, i couldnt find the 3.0 and just found the CL. Cut them apart and double sided taped it to the car under the Acura A. So far i have not seen anyone else with anything like it.

The fogs are stock.

BTW anyone know how much was the fog light option originally?

I cannot find another CL with stock fogs on Ebay atleast. Let alone an Accord. I have seen an accord with them around where i live but other than that, nothing...
