Do any of you guys know how to regain the power that once was within my baby.... :\ 97 3.0 CL, just feels like it lost power, saddens me to the bone. Feels laggy during acceleration...

 

Change your air filter, oil and drop in a supercharger
j/k, but the first 2 might help. Maybe try resetting your ECU Don't know how much power you are missing?

 

check your EGR valve, clean your fuel system (injectors, rail), open your throttle body and check around the butterfly see if there is gunk around there, spray some fuel system cleaner right into your throttle body, tighten your trottle cables, change your fuel filter, drain and fill the tranny fluid, and break up with your 400 pound girlfriend...........

If you haven't changed your sparkplugs in awhile, then you can do that.

 

Change the plugs and wires, get a full fuel system cleaner.
