Looking For Internals

I was wondering if anyone knows where i can find a camshaft, cam gears, pistons, and some pulleys for a 2.3 CL??

do a google or yahoo search for f23 internals. i believe gude makes a camshaft and head package

i hear that gudes stuff is shitty/overpriced so you might wanna do a lil research on that before you buy since i am not 100% on that.
