gsr's are no faster than a prelude which in turn shouldnt be that much faster than a h22 swaped cl, the weight difference is only something like 70 pounds. did you use an h22 tranny?
gas milage is another story, im gritting my teeth at the pump with the lude, its easily 15% less economical than my cl was, plus it need 91+ octane, so i feel you on that one

well when you think about it i wouldnt be downgrading. i dont have leather, i can get either of those in leather, ill have a newer car, and all the same options. but i would have to worry more about theft with either of those cars.
and yes i have the H22 tranny. im tellin ya GSR's are faster. my 2 friends both have 98's and we have the same mods, they will beat me.
sorry for the thread hi-jack arber.

i dissagree. i think with enough heart you can make your car much much faster. take me n i will only say this once. im fully building my head n after that will be a stroker block.
so what you dont have leather. i want to redo my whole interior because leather cracks n it looks real real ugly. on top of that your car is lighter because of the cloth. lol
listen. i know you have bugs to work out with your car. i did too for the first year or so. perhaps you should ask me for some advice. iv had to deal with a lot of H22 issues since 2003.

if you managed to swap in the h22, stick with it...i personally wasnt willing to go through that for several reasons, so i bought a prelude which wasnt the smartest thing to do anyways. so bottom line, keep the CL, you have the best of both worlds right now

question (cuz i'm kinda a noob for this platform): is it something about the relatively high comp of the h22 that will require such large jecs, or are you simply expecting an obscenely large snail ?
what kinda pump you have in mind? any idling concerns?
