Where/is there a switch or button for the heated seats?

I have a 98 CL without heated seats and I am researching the possbility of installing heated seats. I just want to find out:

$$$$$
Time
And of course spaz factor/difficulty.

on the auto's it's to the left of the shiftgate. there should be a rectangular mark on the plastic panel where the buttons would go
