line output converter

i have a JL 250/1 amp and i want to hook it up to the stock bose system for my sub, will this work http://www.crutchfield.com/cgi-bin/S...721#morephotos

and what wires would i hook up to it? thanks

someone said i could tap into the stock amp, id rather do that and not spend the money if i dont have too, but i dont know if this is true

one side connects to the +/- on your speakers in the trunk and the other side connects to your amp. i dont know anything about tapping into the stock amp, but if you buy an aftermarket one, its pretty easy to hook up

Tapping into the stock amp: the stock radio send low level (IE used RCA wires) to the stock amp. You need a harness that plugs btwn the car's wires and the factory amp and a lil box that isolated the signal and get's rid of alternator whine, etc. The whole shebang will prob run ya $100. Much cleaner tho vs. a LOC.
