Indiana's Law is pretty much...if you can see the bulb they are illegal, if you cant they are not...no matter what color...it may be because they are a bunch of hicks, because i think they are illegal no matter what

tint on the driver and passenger front windows are illegal. As far as a drop the headlights have to be 14" above the ground

 

i thought it was 19" from the middle of the headlights

 

and i thought it was 20 or 22" at center of headlight in cali where you all are from.

 

I thought it was 14" from the bottom. I dont' remember now really. I haven't heard of anyone getting pulled over for their car being to low in a long time though.
