yep comptech, they say "the Accord engine has potential for so much more." they are referring to the 4 cylinder models.
here is the quote:
"While the 200hp V-6 was a significant step in the right direction compared to the smaller 4 cylinders previously used, the Accord engine has potential for so much more. HOw much more, we can't just say yet. Comptech was in the middle of testing its new supercharger kit for the V-6. The photos indicate it has chosen a positive-displacement Eaton supercharger, though that may actually change depending on test results. Note that the supercharger kit employed a long snout to transfer the drive from the crankshaft to the rotors. This packaging allowed Comptech to position the outlet of the blower close to the throttle body inlet. The system also incorporates a bypass valve to help eliminate the buildup of boost pressure and charge temperature under cruise conditions. Expect gains of 65-75 hp (maybe a tad more) and a significant amount of torgue should Comptech elect to stay with the current system."

Is it a pretty standard installation, or does it require other 'adjustments' like relocating the battery or intake? Will the transmission be able to handle that much extra power? Any ETA? TIA!

Did you ask if specifically if the kit will also fit our 1st-gen 3.0 CL's? I know the engine is the same, but I don't know about the engine bay dimensions. I remember hearing a while (3-4 months) ago, that they had no plans to try to fit it to the 1st gen CLs.
If it will, then awesome!!!

december 2001 hci (hot compact & imports).
it has a probe with flames on the cover.
and the orange integra inside, he is my friend here in berwick, but alot of the mods he mentions i dont believe he actually did, like the 5 angle job. all i know is he threw a rod last week and killed the motor.
about fitting in a cl, im sure it will, but the front plastic may need modified.

There was a post on the comptech web board a while back and Mike B. stated that it would not fit the 3.0 cL. There was no specific reason for it not fitting but, I would imagine with some minor modification it might fit!
