Krypton Platinum Icewhite bulbs

I am running Sylvania Cool Blue (they are actually bright white) low beam headlights and am thinking about changing both the hi and low beams to a different brand. I came across these Krypton Platinum Icewhite bulbs. Can anybody tell me anything about them? Are they comparable to what I have now? I can get hi and low beams for $40 shipped. Good deal or not? While pleased with the Cool Blue's, I am hardly one to pass up a good deal.

Thanks in advance.

I am really weary around cheap bulbs now a days...I've used hiper bulbs in the past and they worked alright, but my gf's burned out. If you're not going with true HID lighting, then I would say PIAA is the next best thing. Really expensive for what they are though.

Based on both responses, I guess I should recommend the Sylvania Cool Blue lights. To oncoming traffic, they appear bright white, and are a significant step up from the stock lights. I'll probably just get a new set of those.
