ok i have a 97 3.0CL and everytime i lock or unlock my car you dont hear anything, just lights flashing. But i saw this other woman at the mall with a 98+ lock her car and it made a noise. I was wondering if its something you program for it to not beep or does the 97 different security from the 98+?

 

Press your lock and truck buttons together and you can go back and forth from beep to no beep.
