I don't know about D2's but K-sports have a one year warranty; and since D2's are made by the same people that make k-sports, prolly a one year warranty as well.

Killer price, I was selling my USED ones for this but I'm selling to a local friend cheaper. If you're wanting a suspension upgrade, this is the way to go.

really thinking about buying these. Got sportlines on now but I need some shocks. Really just a bunch of money to spend. Defiently like being able to adjust ride height Raised for cruising slammed for shows (prob be slammed all the time) wondering if the alignment shop near me will have a hard time lining up the car with the adjustable top mounts.

i ordered the same ones when this thread popped up. I asked him a few questions aswell, great guy to deal with, replied to most of my questions really fast. I sent him the money after working hours on friday and received the coilovers on wednesday, and i live in Canada. so they should get to you in no time. If your unsure about anyone your thinking about buying from on Azine, you can check out here

Sorry for being such a NOOB but I've read through the NOOB guide a thousand times and search about lowering many times and still cannot figure this out.

Would buying this kit still require buying struts and a camber kit in addition to these Coilovers?

If I live in a bad winter zone could I just adjust them higher in the winter without doing any additional changes?

How much approx is it to have these bad boys installed?

Again, sorry for being a NOOB.

coilovers consist of shocks and struts. Yes they are height adjustable, but are most likely at their highest setting going to be lower than stock. Install depends on your mechanic. If i bought these I wouldn't put them on until spring, when the roads are closest to normal.

You should get a camber kit with these depending on how much you drop it - you will not need struts. Install depends on the shop - I did it myself in about 20 hours because my bushings needed to be burned out with a torch. A good shop can do it much faster, but if you're mechanically inclined just do it yourself.

Coilover kits always includes springs/shocks. This kit includes top hats too. You will likely need a camber kit if you drop it more than 1.5" but you will need to get an alignment to find out. Yes you can raise the height.

Install costs depend on each shop. Install will only take 3-4 hours but adjustments can take another hour.

install is pretty easy IMO. just have a couple friends over that know what they're doing and you should be fine..only went to my mechanic because he installed the camber kit for me and also alignment.

ohh and i agree with Gnate, if your winter is that bad, then just wait til spring time for the install.

shock and strut is the same thing as far as we're concerned, he means shocks and springs together. They are height adjustable, however you can raise your car to above stock height with these, or lower till you can move your car. Install cost shouldn't be more than $200 or so labor, I paid $600 but that was to replace all my bushings, ball joints, sways, and coils. Camber kits are a must for anything below 1.5"

You live in cali, and probably don't have rusted seized bolts, install for us over here with rusted ass underbody is gonna be more difficult, better to have a shop get the seized bolts out

THanks for the clarification. So I guess I would only need to buy seperate Struts if I went with lowering springs instead of a coilover kit which includes the springs and struts?

That makes sense.

How easy or hard is it to do the height adjustments? Would I need a special tool or could I just do it myself?

I want to drop tha whip, maybe slam it in tha summer and keep it nice and high in the winter.

TrueNorth - you're correct.

It's not too hard to raise/lower. It's kind of a pain in the ass, but not difficult. You just remove the bottom bolt, loosen the bottom collar on the coilover, spin the assembly whichever way to raise or lower, tighten the collar back up and replace the bolt.

doubleshot what bushings did you have to cut out with a torch? I havent ever had the front or rear suspenion apart on my car yet so but i would imagine it was maybe a bushing on the rear?

sorry to double post like this but i just thought of something. Im lowered now on eibach sportlines with the ingalls upper ball joint camber kit. the upper bolt already hits my shock tower. Just wondering if i will be able to go any lower with the ksports. has anybody got any pics of any shocktower mods to prevent the harsh bump

Considering we live in the same city, I would NOT buy coilovers. the winter we get here are insane and the amount of salt is just nuts. There is a great possibility of them getting seized at a certain height level, and adjustment.
