K&N vs. Comptech

I just purchased a 98 3.0 Premium and I am wondering what type of drop-in filter would be better, the K&N or the Comptech Hi-Flow one. Or is it worth it to go for a short ram. And where would you suggest buying it from? Sorry for all the questions, just signed onto the board today and I have already found out alot. Thanks!

Welcome!

Between the drop in and a short ram, I highly recommend the short ram. If you're going the route of a short ram, why not go further and get a CAI?

As for the best place/price, try eBay for a start.

Have fun with your CL
