Just picked up a ZEX nitrous kit

I was at my buddys house the other day and he found a Zex Nitrous kit, only used twice, on craigslist for $150. my freind wanted it really bad but didnt have the money right now so i decided to buy and install it on my car until he gets the money for it.

I plan on installing it later today do you guys have any experience with this Kit?

If it is a wet kit make sure that the fuel syliniod opens. Just crack the lline and if you use that throttle body to open the syliniod tps activated if you follow me. Make sure your bottle is off. Cus if your fuel does'nt come out means it won't mix well. Problems will occur intake detonation or fire will occur. Get a air fuel meter and if it leans out on the big end just cut the wires to your o2 sensor that will fatten up your system. Be careful of detonation and if you don't know what it is, ask...... If you really want to go fast get a progressive controller and have the car tuneed with progressive activation. Makes big power.

Its a dry 75 shot, i wouldnt by a wet kit, tapping into the fuel lines is a sketchy DIY job and i would be paranoid about backfiring. im thinkin about making a DIY for the install if anybody wants it, my engine is messy but u can at least get the point.

Damn! Looks sweet and a somewhat easy install. If I ever find a kit that cheap, I'll be all over it. NOS is something I've always wanted as a kid..
