Hey guys just lettin you know that towards the middle of august i i will be putting on a Z1 Boxer Body kit made by VIS. I also ordered M3 style mirrors with built in turn signals from APC. All to be installed begining-middle of August because i leave for Vacation on thursday.

This kit has 2 holes in the back biumbper for a dual exhaust. Anyone here with a dual exhuast? If so what kind.. how loud?

hold on hold on. I'm happy for you. But aren't u in on the buy for our kit? ? You need to keep us informed because if people are going to start backing out we're gonna eventually get tehre for this kit and then everyone is gonna have vanished; whats up????

 

Those apc mirrors with turn signals on them, will they fit our cars? Or we have to do some modifications? THanks

 

I'm not sure so somebody whos a little more well read on the subject correct me, but isn't putting dual exhause on a 4 cyl a waste of money. The way I understand it is that a cat back and muffler will be a great power gain and allow more flow, but dual mufflers off a dual after-cat system on a 4 cyl doesnt do anything because there isnt that much more air to flow out of the engine. You see your exhaust is still coming down the manifold or header if you bought one and then goes into a pipe which feeds into your catalytic coverter. If you get dual exhaust it will be after your cat back not true dual exhaust with two catalytic converters.
Sort of 1 into 2 versus 2 into 2.

I posed this same question two years ago about my 2.3 and I got about the same explination.

It'll look cool but is it worth the extra cash?
