just got strut tower bars!

I installed the front tower bar and rear lower tie bar. THe rear upper bar is on the way. THe chassis is a bit stiffer. The bars are for a 97 accord. They fit with a bit of modification. The cool thing is that i was able to keep the stock front bar in addition to the new one. So now I have 2 front tower bars!!!

I am looking for sway bars....I dont see why the accord ones wouldn't fit. Does anybody know?

caspercl has a 94-97 Accord sway set from Suspension Dynamics on his CL and I ordered a set from Suspension Techniques last week, should be here Monday or Tuesday. I bought a rear lower stryt bar too, but haven't put it on yet. Can't get an additional bar for the front b/c I don't think it'll fit on the V6.

BTW.....when you get the rear upper, please post a pic. I wanted to order one of those too, but I don't know if it will fit w/ my box.

Post a pic of the front too...if you can!

Hey CasperCl, do you have both front and rear sways? A lot of the accord guys say that just replacing the rear is sufficient. It your ride really harsh?

sorry fellas....i have no digital cam or scanner.....no pics

Yes I have both.... One is sufficient I guess but why do half the job... My car is on rails.... and Im sure that my suspension work including the front sway is responsible for that....

Oops...sorry about that. Anyway, what kind of modification did you do? I'm thinking of getting ones too.
