The trunk springs also cause rattling on the deck, if you bend the c-clamp down a half inch that holds the 2 springs, it eliminates it. Someone posted a diy on it like 2 years ago

luckily i took care of that and dint have a problem... i sanded mine down then put 2 coats of flat black primer w/ rust deterent.... it help'd the better disguise it 2 even tho i only put it on when i get tired of gettin repair orders...

well i have no rattling coming from my license plate..and i ordered some shit called hushmat on the 24th of march and i still havent gotten it..ive sent emails to the place and tried calling them they have shitty customer service. and i did turn my subs around and it does sound better but i still have the massive rattling lol

another place i managed to get an annoying rattle is the middle of my factory spoiler where its attached to my deck lid... extreme bass=>broken bracket=> screw loose in spoiler

I had that, I actually cracked the center support, so I epoxied it back together, bondo'd and repainted that part, then filled the center with dynamat foam

yea i dont have an oem spoiler but i notice most of the ratling comes from the rear speaker covers

yup, those n the third brake light... right n ow im in the process of eliminating this problem with a custom rear speaker lid, hopefully i can secure it good enough...

Yeah, 3rd BL was my other rattling problem, also fixed by dynamatting the rear deck

has anyone ordered something off the internet and not come for like a month...cuz i ordered my hushmat and it STILL isnt here...im getting extremely pissed and i want my money back..but if i do get it hopefully that will fix the problems

yea 4-6 weeks is a hassle when u need sumthen right away... u can probably stick it out til the hushmat comes through lOl

It all depends on where you order from, I usually don't wait more than a week for anything I buy which is thousands of dollars in shit constantly

i dont think they're tryin 2 scam u, but i could b wrong... ive heard of them b4 more than once so i kno its not some knock-off company... i dont kno how much u paid but if its worth all that trouble u can report them to the BBB...
