Here ya go
at first it was a little rough engaging, but it just needed to be broken in....in regards to the headlights, i'll post directions tomorrow on how to do them. When it came time for me to actually do the headlights, I couldn't find any instructions on the site....however i did remember how to do them from a really old post

The short shifter was actually pretty easy to install, as long as you know how to take apart your console. http://www.ntpog.org/mods/fifth-shifter/shifter.shtml - that's a prelude website that actually describes each step how to install it....dont worry about cutting or anything, it fits in perfectly.

ok....for everyone who's dying to know how to do the headlights, here are the instructions on how to do it:
1. Purchase supplies needed: black high-temp paint and liquid silicone sealent
2. Take off front bumper (there's already been a post about removing the front bumper, so I wont go into that) (this is the longest part if you've never taken off your bumper)
3. Remove headlgith housing and lights. Remove rubber tubes from back of housing
4. Pre-heat oven to 250º. Place housing in oven for approximately 1 minute
5. Pull back the plastic tabs that hold the clear part to the gray. Take a screwdriver and CAREFULLY start to pry apart housing ( started to pry near the corner of the high beams). Once housing starts to cool off, place it back in the oven for about another minute. I did this process about 3 times in total to make sure I didn't melt anything or break any plastic.
6. Once the housing is apart, the clear half holds the chrome plastic that you'll be painting. Remove the two phillips head screws and pull out the chrome part (I would wear latex gloves for this, because if there's ANY grease, oil, or dirt on the chrome, it wont paint properly). Take out the clear plastic that covers the corner light.
7. Evenly spray the chrome part. Apply about 4 or 5 coats of high temp paint.
8. Once paint is fully dried, assemble the now black part into the clear housing. Reheat both parts of the housing in the oven again at 250º for about 1 minute, and then put a THIN bead of silicone in the creases to reseal.
9. Assemble car back together and enjoy!
