JL 250/1 for 12w6 and hifonics 250/4 for fro n rear speakers?

JL 250/1 for 12w6 and hifonics 250/4 for fro n rear speakers?
my friends selling me hifonics zeux 250/4 for cheap brand new
i probably get it for like 120$
im thinking to use that for componenet and rear speaker (infinity perfect 6.1/ infinity kappa 963.5i).
im not thinking to get KRAZEEE amp or nothing for those speakers but would hifonics 250/4 middle of the line AMP? or is it another CHEAP ass amp?
also im getting 12w6 300RMS watt subs and JL 250/1 amp
that will be ok rite?
