nope, hasn't been done....
Are you planning on swapping the tranny, or both the engine and tranny? Now I may be mistaken, but is this the JDM engine? If not, then I'm thinking of the J30A3.....cause I know the JDM engine has IVTEC and you'll need the wiring harness and ECU to go with that...

The J30A4 is the '03+ USDM Accord motor. I would be swapping the tranny as well since that is the main reason for attempting this swap. The extra 40hp is just a bonus. Darn, I was hoping someone here could help me out on this.

I would go research to see if the motor mounts are teh same. I'm sure the tranny mount is different since it's a manual, you should check out to see if you could get a custom fabbed tranny mount. you would need the ECU also since it's allwhacked, but the main problem is that the exhaust manifold is WELDED to the block on those engines, so you can count headers out.
