it's official, time to start car shopping

as some of you know, my car was involved in a wreck a couple weeks ago and we've been waiting to see what the insurance agents would say about it. well it's now official, the car is considered totaled. they sent us a check of $12500 (they added a few hundred extra cuz they thought it was an auto ). that was a lot more than i expected...

in a way this might have been a good thing, as the car was starting to need repairs and replacement parts: the a/c condenser was busted, tires/brake pads/exhaust need replacing, been hit twice, keyed from headlight to taillight, and a couple other more minor things. it also prevented me from dumping excessive money into the car for modding...

so the money saved originally planned for extensive (let's just say it involved a 5.1ch mobile theater, and custom bodykit that noone on this board has ever thought of, among tons of other stuff...) custom mods along with the check for the totaled car will now go towards a new car, which i'm looking around. i have my eye set on a 2005 g35 coupe 6mt right now, esp since they revised the interior and added so many more things on. what do you guys think?

oh btw, don't worry i'm not leaving this forum, ACL addict for life
