Hey guys i just bought a 97 3.0 CL from a used car dealership. I took it home and loved it for about 2 weeks then all this stuff started happening to it. The ABS light is on all the time now, the SRS light just went on today, there is a leak in the headlights so there is condensation in the headlights, the transmission is shifting all hard........ Does anybody know how i can fix all this stuff? I have that extended warranty but i'm not sure if they'll take care of all this stuff.... Help!!!

hey man i have the same problem with the condensation in the headlight and it made my corner bulb blow in order to get the headlight housing out u have too take the front bumper off so good luck

Uh-oh.... when my SRS light was on and the tranny shifted funny turns out the tranny module was bad. Better get it into the dealer before it does any damage. My ABS light was once on and it turned out it was because I accidentally moved it with the parking brake on. Had to take it to the dealer to reset the light..............JB

How are the tranny and the SRS light connected?

Take it to the dealer and have them fix the problems. If you didn't get the car from the dealer, take it back to the place you bought it. Your extended warranty should cover everthing (especially if it's less than 30 days).

[In MD, I believe there is an automatic, minimum 30 day coverage if you bought your car from a license car dealership. Check to see if that exists in CA.]

The dealer knew of these problems whenhe sold you the car, so he should fix them pronto.
