94-97 or 97 cl or 98-99 interiors fit, they are all different and would need the whole console (2 pieces) but those are the ones that fit. Anything from a 2nd gen like seats for example would need modified to fit

and second gen is extremely hard since they share almost identical interiors. to the TL.
IMO, you're better off swapping in some RSX or S2K seats and do something custom with the dash. Personally, I'm going to swap in a black CL interior (seats, headliner, carpet) and lay down some suede for
