since the integra bulb size is 9006, wouldn't that be a good retrofit for people already having a 9006 hid kit? any idea of how the beam pattern will be? I was thinking of trying to get my hands on it and then gettin the retrofit done, any opinions?

I dont know if the Integra projectors will work...I can't really explain why, but I'll post pics of a disassemled Integra headlight later this evening..

 

my friends lexus sc400 has 9006 projectors stock and they arent going to work with d2s bulbs. the beam pattern is all wrong. i though he had h7, but ohwell. ill be putting audi tt or lexus sc430 projectors in his car now. the 9006 projector is useless for hid. u need an h7 or xenon

 

so what is the exact name of the hID kit that you have VXCL? where did you get it from and what exactly is meant by "retrofit"?

 

there is no kit. i took my housing apart. cut them up, mounted audi tt projectors in them, and used an oem audi a6 hid system to light them up. its all custom work.

 

Yeah, any projector that is made for halogen's looks like shit wih HID's. I have seen comparisons of the 2, one stock tegs, other A6 projectors, and the teg 9006's just look retarded. Hella projectors are def the way to go.
