where do you want to put the siwtch? under your console on teh drivers side you have a hole in the firewall, should be a rubber lid type thing, you can poke a hole through there and run your pos and neg through there(or you can just ground the neg to somewhere inside your car from the switch.) run the pos from the battery to your fog lamps, you might want to fuse it, cant hurt. make sure you run them in parallel not series. for my neons my switch is in the left coin holder... it pops out and you can run your wires in there or you can put it in the stock location if u have a switch taht fits.

You can make a hole in that gromet.

All 1st Gen CLs are prewired for foglights. You'll find a wiring plug under the the "cover/cap" near your stick. The other end comes out under the hood, right near the wirewall. It also has a wiring plug covered with blue tape. I know the location (have a pic) for the 3.0, but because you mentioned "stick", I assume you have a 2.2/2.3. It is at this point that you would connect yet another harness that came with the OEM fog light kit. My guess is this may be the point to run your own wirining.

If you need the pic, I have it on my hard drive at home and can post it this evening.

Here's the pic:

Keep in mind that the harness that's already in the car will have blue tape on the plug (against the firewall, under the hood). The location is right of the master cylinder.
