Do a search on gauges.....there are some pretty good instructions on how to install these. It's pretty easy but you have to be very very very careful cuz a 2 hr job can turn into a week long project if you break one of the needles. I busted my temp. gauge and couldn't finish until a new one came in.

It's like a 30 minute job.....at least, that's how long it took on my friend's Prelude.

I did this awhile ago but i think i remember most of the steps.
First pop out the cruise control and dimmer switches on either side of the steering wheel. Then disconect the wires behind them and put them aside. Next remove the two screws above the gauge cluster and remove two screws that you will uncover behind the dimmer and cruise switches. After you take them out the black trim panel should slide out. Then you have to remove some screws that hold the guage cluster in (i think four). Then you tilt the top of the cluster down and disconnect the wiring from the cluster. I think there are three bunches of wires to undo but dont worry about remembering where each one goes back because they only fit in their own connector. This next part is alittle tricky but you need to tilt the gauges down and gently slide them form the dash. Its not hard but can take some time. Then you can remove the plastic covering from the gauges (held in by only clips i believe but make sure there arent any screws). Remove the light bulbs in the back of the gauges if you want, some people do and some dont. You may want to try and leave atleast some in so the odometer lights up. Remove the two screws from one of the gauges and gently bend the indiglo gauges in half (dont crease) and slide them slowly over the needle. Then replace the two screws and move on to the next gauge. Some of the screw holes may not line up perfectly so i used a drill to make them alittle bigger. Route the wiring down thru the cluster and repeat the steps to put them back in. Then you connect the wires and dont run them off the factory dimmer switch as it might blow according to others. Make sure everything works before putting everything back together. Then i just tucked the transformer and dimmer switch under my dash. Feel free to email or IM me if you have any other questions.

I wouldnt remove needles from what i've heard. There is some kind of super small spring in them that you screw up when you take them off but autotoys.com did a indiglo install and they showed you how to take the needles off so i guess you could take a look there. Ive just heard it is bad to remove them
