im soo confused after search....
what setup would you guys recommend??? im sooo 
money is not to be worried about.... so far all i know that im sure im going to get is ingalls and thats it 
also since i have a 99 cl 2.3, does my car go under 98-04 accord or 94-97 accord for suspension???
im looking for the best setup with a passing recon bounce test.
well here is the passing stage for recon in hawaii to drop your car.
-2" of "play" (freedom) between tire and fenderwell
-12" to license plate 22" to headlights

what brands are you looking for and price wise?. as 4 me im riding on teins basic dampers. adjustable but no settings for soft, hard since we have alot of messed up roads in hawaii. if you ask me the rides hella smoothed with less bounce, feels like stock but wit a lower stance.
