I got a letter today from fed ex saying that the account number that he gave me was invlaid and i am being charged for the shipment. $102.41!!! 82 for shipping 10.00 for the illegal account number. and other sur charges add up to the 102.41. i am calling the security department tomorrow and faxing them the info that i have saying that he was going to pay for it using his fedex number. IM SO FUCKING PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW, I AM OUT OF A TV SCREEN, 2 12" JBL SUBS AND NOT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE FUCKER SKREWING ME OVER. ALL 102 DOLLARS. FUCK ME!!!!!!! YOU ARE GOING TO RECIEVE THE ASS WHOOPING OF YOU LIFE I AM GOING TOMORROW TO MY LAWYERS TO GET TEH PAPERWORK FOR THE CASE, DUST I NEED YOU TO PM ME CAUSE I NEED YOUR HELP WITH GETTTING THE SHIT I NEED. I've not pursued anything since last week (deciding whether it was worth it or not--also waiting the recommend 30 days before pursuing action).

After talking with dajuice27 yesterday, I think I will definitely follow through this time.

I'm calling a friend of mine in the AM (he's a lawyer, here in sniper-happy Montgomery County) who will give me advice on the best was to pursue this.

Casper: Point well taken! I should have listened to my "gut" which screamed "DON'T DO IT!" But, I wanted headers, and got burned.

I have over 500 transactions on eBay, and only got burned once. I guess that helps explain why I feel confident to deal over the internet. I'll certainly be more careful!

BUT, it still doesn't change the fact that the theft did occur, and something needs to be done with this prick!

ok guys heres the story i got the bill for 102 and thats only for the subs, i still havent recieved the one for teh screen. i sent to boxes. i am contacting the security department cause i have proof that the f mesot said that he was going to let me use his fed ex number. i have it saved on my pms and printed it out on a hard copy. i looked up court papers in new jersey. i found some but dont know where to start.

dust, please if you get the paper work nessecary for this please let me know so i can pay youfor it or you can tellme and i can try to find a copy online off their webage. any you guys in jersey i would like some help. i am going to need someone to deliver some paperwork to the address we have saying that he is being sued and summoned to come to court. i am going to a lawyers today and i am getting all my shit in order so i can take this guy down the right way. i have a plane ticket on the way alos so that when the court date is set i can fly out to it, but i am looking for cl members that live in nj or ny that will be willing to let me stay a night in their lovely house. i am a college student with not that much money so the plane ticket and this mess is already going to put a hole in my pocket. well let me know i will contact you soon dust and hopefully we can get his guy quick and easy looks like he is not too smart and i think we can track him down easy. let me know what we are going to do.

I sent my stock rims and tires to JD22CL and also fotted the shipping bill ($300) because he was gonna send it paypal. He was supposedly trading my a new 900 watt amp that worked perfect, but what i got was a trashed amp that didn't work for shit. SOme people. today i did my research. i called fedex and tlaked to someone there. they took my tranking numbers and the account number he gave me and the account number was for "the option group" i dont know where but the number taht is associated with this account is 212-982-0900 and i talked to a guy there. he told me that he noticed he was getting billed for someone called fred allen or allan. i shipped to a fred mesot. note "fred." the joe you guys are talking about i dont know about that. the name on the account is ashok nihalani and i talked to him. thats how i got the name from him and the person that was using his account. but the good thing is that i tlaked to the lady from fedex and she found the new account number the "the option group" was registered under and i transfered my balence to the new account number. note that the account number i dont know if it will work, but i hope it will cause i cant seem to pull enough money to cover the losses i endoured from this transaction. note to forum, do not allow from new jersey to to business on the black market or anywhere else. this is rediculous. i was sick to my stomach last night when i got the letter from fedex for the 102. but i talked to the lady and supposedly the other package number was invlaid also and it was forwarded to the new one already so i dont know if i have to pay for it. well i hope not. this is all one bigmess and i dont know where to start to get myself out of this thing. all i want is my shit back or face value. if anyone in new jersey is out there and wants to make sure this guy is there his address is :
