2 min not even then i hear BAMM!!!! look out side of the convience store and see a pickup truck all up in my passanger door!!!! i have no idea where or why he was backin up where he was !!
got all his info and he doesnt want to go threw insurance..... any opinions on that idea ?


good part is .. i ran outta the store with the redbull i was carrying!! hahah oops


im not that mad just the fact that my passenger door has seriously been hit 5 or 6 times !!

man that sucks, at least you got a free red bull. Go have a shop estimate the damages, throw another couple hundred bucks on top of that price and make the dude pay that outta his pocket

yea i would make sure he pay's cash....my mom was hit by a another driver in her infiniti and got her bumper dented and scraped. The lady pleaded not to go through insurance for whatever reason... she wrote a check for a 1000 bucks us knowing the damage may only be 250 or so, fix dent and get bumper repainted. SO we follow the lady to her house and get a personal check for 1000 and my mom being the very nice person she is, tells her that we will call her with the estimate of damages before we deposit her money and send her the rest back to be super nice....well 2 days later after we get the estimate of 285, we call the lady and then she started asking that we get the work done then she pays and why it was so expensive?? BLAH BLAH BLAH< etc. My mom was trying to help this lady out since it was her fault and prolly didnt have insurance coverage...and this lady was doing nothing but bitchin, so my mom got tired of it and decided to go to that ladies bank and deposit her check for 1000 and then send her the left over like agreed even after this lady turned into a biotch. Well we get to the bank and find out the lady had cancelled the check the same day she wrote it!!!!! My mother and I, pissed at this point, go back to the ladies house, and demanded she get cash out of the bank now or we would go to the police. Long story short with some bitching from the lady we got the cash...but man what a PITA to be good samaritans' to her and in return get nothing but hassle. What made things worse when that lady lives in a 700K house!!

Sorry for the looooong story and all, but i thought i would share this so that you would take caution with this matter at your hands now. Good luck.... I think from now on for me, it doesnt matter what happens, police and insurance will find out. UNLESS that person gets CASH right there and then for 2-3 times the amount that you know it will cost as a cushion.

same shit happened to me last week. parked my car in my campus lot, come back with a fucked up passenger door and a note saying i'm sorry. Turns out the girl lives 3 houses down from me, and wants to pay out her pocket. My estimate for it is prob gonna come in at around 1500

got the estimate done today .......1163 bucks ... talked to teh guy and he said to talk to my shop and see if they take bank checks so looks like he has the loot schveet

Mite be better to go through insurance. You never know if the guy will back out. Sometimes insurance is the best way at least its a gaurentee that your shit will get fixed.

I feel ya. I bought a 3.0CL and two weeks later it was hit by an uninsured driver while it was parked in front of my house. Two months later it's still not fixed. F the insurance companies!!

ummm claim it as a hit and run ... u pay your deductable but it still gets fixed and that looks to be alot more than a 500 buck deductable
