I'll order this one on monday..

http://www.racinghart.com/wheels/114.jpg

I don't know how to post the pix here.. so..

well.. i got some info from you guys..and.. finally i'll order 'em tomorrow.. 18x8.5 Racing Hart Multi-pieces in gunmetal!!
235/35/18 tires.. (around $1400)

yay..!!!

but.. i'll order only two of 'em first.. cuz.. not enough $$$

and.. i'll order rest of 'em this summer.. or maybe more early..

because of the custom fender flares.. as u know, i need rims w/ tires to make sure if the tires touch the fenderwall or not..

my bodyshop guy said that if i have rims, he will make 'em fit perfectly.. so that they won't touch the fenderwall..

i'll post the pix around the end of next week..
i can't wait to see my car w/ NEW RIMS!! (even though there are only two rims..lol )

p.s:it might look funny w/ only two nice rims and two stock rims..hehe

8.5 ? are you sure about that? you might wanna try 8 w/235...i have 235 on my 8 and it barely meets the edge of the rim....
so if you hit a curb..you will scratch or possibly bend the rim

omg...liloj0414 showed me this and it makes me change my mind... lol

when he showed me the pix of his rims on wheelmax.com, i saw the others which was Katana VR6 in gunmetal..

and.. they are sooooooo similar to RH CR which i'll get..i mean.. i was gonna get... lol
check this out..

http://www.racinghart.com/wheels/114.jpg

http://www.wheelmax.com/Wheels/Katana/vr6gm.gif

i was gonna get only two of RH CR 18" multi-pieces in gunmetal with tires for around $1400..

but the katana is only $1100 for 4 rims with tires... lol

i don't know if katana is also multi pieces... but it looks like it.

well.. what should i buy....

("u'll get what u pay for..." lol.... sure?)

Any here running 8.5" wide rims????

My first reaction is to say they're too wide.

I am into the reputation and quality associated with Racing Hart, but the price on those Katana's is REAL low.....
It depends what your going for.....Katana's wont help at shows, whereas the Racing Hart's will score more points, and spark more interest......Just my way of looking at it

First off, like I said eariler, I dont even think you can put on some deep dish wheels on our cars. The katanas are smiliar in design, but have the little pegs that go around the rim, also the lip is only maybe 2" max. The racing harts are a much better quality

I feel as if running 8.5" rims are possible but not without the use of spacers. Your bodyshop mite also need to cut the stock fender for clearance. The rubbing of the wishbone is what i'd be worried about. Anyway, get the rims if they rub, your gonna just have to buy spacers. Good luck man

imo, dont go cheap. if u wanna go with the katana... go 19s... racingharts, go 18s. i almost bought tenzos at one point, but then decided to get a good brand; 5zigen. i wont regret it.

8.5 won't fit unless you're going to do a wide body or fender flares.

Plus, the rims i got have a thick lip on them so the spoke area is smaller.

IMO, get the RH's, and get em all at the same time, not 2 now and 2 later. Plus, u dont want people saying u have a "knock-off" wheel, that sucks.
