Ignition Concern

Sometimes when i start my car after a short period of time, the ignition does not rev it up and my car begins to idle at like 500-800rpm and it sucks in the winter bc i have to rev my car. a few of my accord v6 owner friends have the same problem. I've heard it is the ECU mistakingly telling the motor that it has been off for a short period of time, thus not needing that much fuel flow as if you were to leave it longer or over night. When I start after overnight, it starts fine with revs at 1000rpm+.. Anyone have this issue too? not really a problem, just a concern.

if the car is even partway warmed up it will not idle high.
