I might be getting some brembo cross drill and slotted for the front so I have to know if my pads are wearing unevenly is there a prob with my calipur and would that harm the rotors in anyway?

the rotors might be warped if you are having uneven pad wear

yes the rotors may be warped and to add my two cents in, try looking for dimpled rotors not cross drilled

your caliper is most likely dragging on the rotor.

dimpled rotors-hole does not go all the way through
cross drilled, the hole is all the way through
