i dont know who it is... but he/she was going on I-405 south passing hwy 167 at about 4:50pm... anybody? this is South Seattle by the way! the car was white, lowered and had chrome rims... i think it had yellow fogs, but couldnt remember properly... i was to excited, i might be making up some things... lol
