so did you ever figure out what was wrong? you can come sit on me in the meantime, lol. Anyways, if you are looking to buy either the driver seat, or passenger, let us know. I know of a few people that dont have their oem seats in their CL anymore.

unless you use the car strictly for autocross or a good amount of it..i dont see why you would take the cl seats out...theyre pretty damn nice for stock seats, nicest ive ever had atleast...just my personal opinion...plus i think it downgrades the interior, unless, again, its functional because of autocross

I move around too much in our seats. It tosses me around from left to right toooo much. It pisses me off....

the lumbar support is key though.
maybe taking the seat out would make it easier to check out and see if
somethings wrong with its assembly? overweight previous owner?

fat ass po or a weak/defective bolt etc, shouldnt be hard to rig up either way unless the parts are hidden inside the seat, or unaccessible without seperating the top part from the bottom (im not looking at a seat so im just saying if)
Def take it out, it would be easier to fool around with, just make sure you lay a blankey down so you dont scuff the leather

When I had my MDX the seat used to lean to one side (especially when driving on curvy roads). I had it checked out at Acura and they ended up replacing the entire base to the seat. Fixed the problem straight away. Maybe it's a similar issue?
