what's going on dudes. i'm in the process of getting an a 99 cl and i need to know who can tell me how to turn the high beems into yellow housing. i saw someone had a white cl and did it.......i want to know how i can do it? if anyone can post pics or tell me that would be great. thanks ....and by the way there's some hot cls here just glad to be a part of it. let me know and thanks....

HID's would give you a yellow look for the high beams. You can use a plug and play kit with 4300K or lower temp bulbs depending on what color you use. Also, the halogen stock bulbs give off sort of a yellow color, esp. if you compare them to HID headlights in the regular housing. It's all a matter of what color you are looking for and what you want to spend. There are a lot of HID threads on here and a lot of places, look it up and figure out what you want.

 

 

I was just re-reading your thread, do you want to make the housings yellow, or the actual color of the light yellow? Sorry I know it seems like a stupid question, but it makes sense to me...

 

i actually want to make just the part of the high beam yellow. i read somewhere on a thread that spencer_homer bought a yellow film, cut it out, and then put it on the actual headlight. that's what i kinda want to do. but i dont know where to get the film and how would i stick it to the actual headlamp?
