i just got my factory foglights for my 97 3.0 today. i was told that it will come with install instructions, but it didn't. i want to install them myself tomorrow. could someone please post instructions on how to do the complete install including wiring and mounting and stuff....

i tried the search but it seems like only dustbuster4 had previously posted on the install process....but the server for the images is down

dustbuster4 - i tried accessing your FOTKI image page for the instructions but it seems like they're down or something.....

I think Fotki is just "cleaning up their server". Once they're done, you can access the instructions.

FINALLY !!! the Fotki server is up and i was able to download the instructions...thanx

btw, what kind of bulb should i use if i want the foglight to be YELLOW-YELLOW like the lexus fogs?

Just get yellow H3s. I recommend PIAA brand, but you might try you local speedshop.

btw, i just finished installing the foglights by myself!!! it looks so good!

but there is one thing, the previous owner had put on a set of PIAA fogs which he took, but only the light itself and left the wiring and switch on the car, i was able to take out the wiring part from the engine compartment, but for the switch inside the car, i couldn't get rid off!! its weird, i took out all the wires for the old fogs but the light on the PIAA switch still comes on when i turn the light on........how do i get rid of the switch completely with the wires???
