Tuesday 10:00 AM - Drove car to shop to have Fidanza flywheel and excedy clutch/presure plate installed

Tuesday 2:00 PM - Got phone call saying that the flywheel doesnt fit

Wednesday 12:00pm - Had a new flywheel overnighted to the shop from california

Thursday 3:00 PM - flywheel arrives 5 hours late.

Friday night 7:00PM - picked up car from shop. DRIVES LIKE A BAT OUT OF HELL!!! i love the clutch/flywheel

Friday night 7:30PM - bent my intermediate shaft trying to snatch 2nd gear. and something is knocking when i shift now. cant drive my car.

Tomorrow: Taking the car back to the shop to flush some more money down the toilet.

Why does this shit always happen to me? Why must the CL cause problems? I'm fed up with all the bullshit

i love my CL so much.. its been loyal to me ever since i got it.

i have a choice of trading it in for a gti, but i'd rather keep the CL and finish what i started.

woot my mechanic just called and told me my engine mount is busted, and my jerk shaft isnt fucked up. I'm so happy!!!

BTW it was my mechanic that snatched second and broke it. He was trying to show me how hard that clutch grabs

My mechanic is one of my best friends BTW. Ive known him for many years. The car drove like a dream when i left the shop. We went back to his place to chill, and we were talking about the engage point on the new clutch. I told him it didnt seem like it grabbed as hard as the old clutch and i went out and took him for a ride and tried getting it to shift quickly and it would never shift as well as my old clutch/flywheel. He says i have to get used to driving the new clutch because the clutch drives just like his K20Civic. He gets in and quick shifts into second and it jumps forward and runs like a champ. We get back to the house, he parks the car, and i leave an hour later only to find that my car is shaking now every time i accelerate. He took my car to the shop today and replaced all my engine mounts and everything is back to normal. He paid for everything and he said the engine mounts were really really old anyways, and the new clutch grabbed too hard and just wore them out. He is one of the highest paid Technicians in the entire county and is famous for tuning hondas and acuras. He has never steered me wrong, and ALWAYS hooks me up with installations for all my parts. This was just an accident that could have happened to anyone, so dont go around calling my mechanic an idiot, because he is twice as smart as most of you, and four times as smart as SwervinCL.

BTW i will keep taking my car there, and my car is always going to be nicer than your stock ass CL with mexican rims. Its always going to run better, its always going to be faster, and its never going to be puke teal with chrome rims. LOL

if your mechanic of all people dont know that there is a break in period on a clutch and you will glaze your flywheel over if you dont, and he is the one doin the harm to your car, and then you go online to talk shit about him "discreetly" behind his back then im sure he is really your good friend. you should have labled this thread, " I hate my mechanic best friend who works out of his garage and fucked up my car but he replaced the motor mount free" and dude your 17 how many years could you possibly know a mechanic since youve been driving for maybee 2. and being a racist fuck talkin shit about mexicans isnt going to help you make your point any more than you sticking up for your gay mechanic. no im not a mexican... im mulatto.
