Two keys to the right of the "m" is the period. May make you sound a little less rushed.

f0de's your man on this one. Good luck. A few honda-acura.net Accords have done the swap. They would've had the same obstacles.

Swap

i would go with a 92-95 jdm h22a obd1 its the best for mods i have had the swap for about a year and i love it so much faster and faster than the 3.0 dont let anyone tell you different you can only get obd1 in a 92-95 not 96+ but its not all bollt ons you have to change a couple of things nothin to major you can get the motor with everything for about 2300-2500 if you really want the type s its with lsd its like 4000-4300 so i would just go with the other motor

Hey clean_cl did the headers from the h22a line up with the CL's catalytic or were the headers to long? I'm guessing they were to long and you had to cut a couple inches off the CL's exhaust piping. Did you use the ludes tranny or the cl's? I'm most likely going to do the swap in a couple of months and could use some pointers from someone that has allready done it. I'll be doing the swap myself so let me know. THANKS

i can get you a type s if you want it, be prepard to spend close to 4500 bucks tho.. i spent over 10k building a normal h22a.. so it may be worth it if you don't want to rip it apart and have it lying around for a few weeks.. drop me a PM or email me at r0dent@bellatlantic.net if your interested.. i go through hondamotorsonline.com and give a discount off their price to board members.. so i'll try and help you out

swap

Acutally the header was a little short and i would not go with a Type S you are paying twice the amount for a whole woppin 20hp not even worth it plus its not OBD1 and you wan OBD1 if you are going to do mods like turbo ECT. if your going to do it your self i would a helms manual. just email me and i will let you know what all you will need.

swap

it dosent take much to switch it over and turbo is no problem but with a turbo you will have to change your clutch.

If you are concerned about your headers fitting the h22. i dont think you will have the fundage to do the swap. That is like buying a fast boat and asking the mileage.

i definetly have the fundage.=) I just dont wanna to wait on another shipment if i do this. Why is everyone so negative on here? I want to order everything at once and if i dont need them right away then i won't get it. I too have other expenses, other then my car.
