i kind of "ghettoed" it. I just striped the wires from the parking light, then soldered the wires on to the parking lights.
Here is a diagram that took me days to draw.

i personally thought the yellow film looked really good. (apparently its just me tho). where did you get the yellow film/what film was it and how much did it cost?
oh and i havent black-housed my headlights yet not cuz im afraid of not glueing it back together properly, but cuz i know if i stick my headlights in my oven something is gunna melt and im gunna be screwed in the butt. oh yeah that and when i try to put my bumper back on its gunna be crooked, i know it.

the bumper is a bitch get get re-aligned but if yiu get someone to help you its not that bad. and as for baking the headlight, it won't melt. the only other part is resealing it but if you take your time its fine. set aside a whole day for it or something.
