How old is ever 1 here

29.. it doesn't surprise me that most of the people in this forum are younger than me.. the teens like to talk about how fast their cars are and racing people a lot, or tuner parts that I can't afford but they can even though they make one third the money because they live at home.

age is just a number... if u invested in real estate at 18 bought ur first home then and u r now 29... u won't be driving a CL.
yeah some people live at home and spend money on their cars... let them be don't hate on them because their parents can provide for them.
it is also good for those on their own and moding their cars or just getting info here on how to SAVE money for fixing up... meaning fixing something broke.
if u arent satisfied with what u have change something in ur life. good luck dan. who is that guy BDiddyCL? don't know him haven't really seen his posts, but he has got a house at 22, age is a number I could be 82 or just 21... doesn't make a difference...
have fun, people got diff things they want to do in life... some want to go fast some want to go slow... some want to ride high some low. its all about u dan make it work for u.

Good response. If I could have bought a house at 20 I probably would have but school was eating up my time and money for years. My post wasn't meant to belittle younger people, but instead I wanted to make a social commentary. Most tuners are probably around 20.. It's true that attitudes and priorities change with age. I can't remember who posted it, someone commented we're in our 20's, funny that we're all driving luxury cars, and he's right. Most young people would probably pick Civics or Integras. I read somewhere (Edmunds or something) that the CL's target market was a middle aged man, 45 yrs. old.. the car's supposed to be luxo but make somebody feel like it's sporty at the same time.
I think if I was considering about putting $5000 into modifying my CL.. I'd be looking at a second generation CL instead. Spending $1500 to replace 16 inch wheels with 17's doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me but I still appreciate the modded cars when I see them and Calgary has a young population and lots of people who mod Integras, Preludes and Civics. Tuners cars really are all about enjoyment.. that's why I check Ebay for used goodies all the time, it's probably better to sell off the parts separate and put the OEM stuff back in from a monetary point of view than sell the whole car modified.

yeah school does eat money about 40k a year perhaps a little more next year. I wonder why im in school. That is a lot of money. A lot more than some people or a lot of people make in a year... kinda crazy when u think about it.
yes it is better to sell off ur mods before selling the car.
