Sayanthing, you have a 3.0 right? All you have to do, is unbolt the top airbox piece, remove the air filter, then unbolt the bolts inside the airbox holding it down. Also unbolt the screws on the outside of the box, i believe it's a 10 mm socket. Unscrew the clamp that holds the tube to the throttle body and break that loose. It should lift up from there. Attach the filter to the far end with a clamp and screw that tight. Then, simply take the rubber seal, clamp it to the intake, then connect it to the throttle body and screw the clamp tight. Then mount the intake with the hardware leftover. G'luck bro

Any silicone house from a car part store, make sure you get the right size, look at the current short black ones for the size

in the picture the first connect it connect to the black tubing in the same spot on the stock air intake, you use the piping to connect that cause on the other side it fits right?

Man that was hard to read, but yes, you use the rubber fitting for both sides, and attach each end with the hose clamps that you screw tight.

so what you unattach on the stock air filter doesn't reattach to the intake?

yes there are 2 stock tubes, one in front, one in back, both right next to the throttle body, they both reattach to the aftermarket intake, and you might not even need the extra tube, my stock black tubes that i reattached fit right on

Well, yes and no. The 2 hoses are your vacuum lines you have to reattach those, or your car won't work right.. Either use the hoses that are there, or get some new ones, those are the thing you said you were missing. Make sure u hook BOTH of them up.

Find a screw hole beneath the filter on the Chassis of the CL. Screw one side of the long piece there.
Then bend the long piece up toward your filter.
Then take the short piece and insert it under your hose clamp around the base of the filter, (or under the rubber on the filter base itself.)
MAtch up the holes, from the long piece to the short piece and put a bolt and nut through there. Then tighten as much as possible and VIOLA!!! You done...
