how do i take off the back panels?

how would i take off the back panels inside the car? you know the one's right next to the rear seats.

you have to remove the seat. after the seat is removed. On the bottom you'll see one screw. Just unscrew that and pull the panel off. It's all clipped on like the rest of the panels.
