Are you saying your running the h22 on the CL ecu? If so thats the problem right there. You can't run a DOHC engine with totally different fuel map and rev limits etc... on an ecu that was meant to run a SOHC engine with all of the above smae difference.
Also you can't convert an ecu from obb1 to obd2. To convert your car from ob2 to obd1 you have to buy an h22a obd1 ecu and a conversion harness that allows for your stock obd2 harness to hook up to an obd1 ecu. A bunch of different companies make the conversion harness and they are easy to find on the net for around $200.

I forgot to mention that you can substitute the h22a ecu with any ecu that was designed for a DOHC VTEC engine. Some people run GSR ecu for example on h22's. Doing this may have pros and cons depending on your application, since each of the ecu's have different vtec engangement points and rev limits.
But for sure with out a doubt you can't run your h22a properly without a DOHC VTEC ecu.

i have the H22a Computer which is ODB1
I'm just running the Cl one just for temps..
because my mechanic having some difficulty rewiring the the lines.
to convert ODB2 To ODB1.
my mechanic told me about a jumper the jump it to 2 to 1
but it cost over 400 bucks over here in canada..
so he is wiring the computer manual.. wire by wire....
so if someone can help me on that...
i will love you forever
