horsepower ?

i'm not really into racing... i bought my CL for looks, and because its name, but i'd like to get a few more ponies outta the 2.3 is it worth the $500 or so i'd spend on a CAI and exhaust? would i notice any difference? and how much horsepower would that give me? i've heard people say that you can get up to 20 h.p. at the wheels with these 2 mods. that seems a little too good to be true. so if my car has 150 h.p. at the crank... estimating... that would give me like 175 at the crank after a CAI and exhaust??? any opinions on this?

you would get about 8-10 at the wheels with both of those mods. They are well worth it and make the car sound completely different, while giving it a little more pep.

i have a 2.2cl.. with the mods listed in my sig..
it is a whole different car with mods.. just like anything else.. its only a SOHC so you cant expect much, but it makes drivin it much more fun..

dawg just save your money and get a swap or turbo the bitch...you can ask niejbe r dcsquirm88 or turbotk they will all tell you any of these two mods will really open your eyes up....it is worth it to save for either one of these mods you wont regret it...
i have done both and trust me there is no comparison to either one

similar but it only cost me $35.. but i did it myself.. took about 2 hours to make 15 minutes to install.. not really that much power but after i reset my computer the car is at least 2x more responsive.. revs even easier and is even more fun to drive.. but id listen to d98clturbo.. he's got a point
cause ima be doin that same shit..

pics - getting some up soon.. i should of took pics while i was doin it but i let someone borrow my digi..

hookup - 2 engine.. 2 chassis.. 1 split.. used similar setup found on another forum for the 350z.. just needed different lengths..

i might be offering to make sets if there is enough interest..
